We do not offer installation services, but we provide installation instructions for most products on our website.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of delivery you select: standard or express. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Miranda, near Sydney (postcode 2228, NSW). We aim to ship your order within 24 hours via a reliable courier service.

Free shipping applies to orders with a total value of more than 90 AUD in your cart, delivery will be calculated automatically

We fully accompany you from the moment you pay for your goods in our online store. You can always track your order using the tracking number we will send you as soon as we ship your order.

You can check the status and information of your order on the order tracking page 

If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us.

If you made a mistake with your delivery address you can request a change contact us (https://aurus.com.au/contact-us / ace@aurus.com.au) or cancellation provided the order is still not packed. If the status of your order is complete, this order was sent to the address you specified and we will not be able to change it

Delivery charges depend on the cubic weight and the destination of the parcel.

Delivery for most of the items can be calculated in the cart or Australia Post Calculate postage  After you have added your items to the shopping cart, add your postcode to calculate the shipping cost.

To ship a bulky item please contact us for a quote via email.

Our store has a variety of delivery options. Such as standard shipping (4-6 days) and express shipping (2-3 days), FREE shipping is also available in our store.

We do not ship outside of Australia.

Your order will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. 

The speed of delivery depends on various factors, the main factors are:

  • Your distance from us (Our warehouse is Miranda NSW 2228, Australia.)
  • Delivery method you choose at the time of ordering We focus on the following data, that our courier services provide us with standard delivery 4-6 days, express 2-3 days.

If you pay for your order via PayPal we will ship to your registered PayPal address.

Warranty & Return

All the products we sell have a minimum of 12 months warranty by manufacture (unless otherwise stated), covering parts found faulty through manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover and we will have no liability to you regarding any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of goods, abnormal working conditions, incorrect fitting or ordering of goods or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
