HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

On this page you can find information about your order.

We ship orders using two services: ARAMEX and Australia POST. Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number via email, did you not receive the tracking number? write to us or check your details below or in your web site account (log in)

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Statuses

  • Processing – this status means that we have received your payment for your order and are starting to prepare it for shipment. We will notify you by email as soon as we dispatch your order. In this email you will receive a tracking number for your order.
  • Completed – this status means we have sent your order and it is already on its way to you, you should receive a tracking number, if you have not received a tracking number for your order – write to us
