Order Statuses
Processing – this status means that we have received your payment for your order and are starting to prepare it for shipment. We will notify you by email as soon as we dispatch your order. In this email you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Completed – this status means we have sent your order and it is already on its way to you, you should receive a tracking number, if you have not received a tracking number for your order – write to us
