In our online store, we offer two types of delivery: Standard and Express. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miranda, near Sydney (postcode 2228, NSW).

Order Processing & Dispatch Time
📦 Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday AEST) are usually dispatched the same business day.
📦 Orders placed after 12:00 PM (midday AEST) are dispatched the next business day.
🗓️ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method, your location, the courier’s schedule and network, as well as weekends or public holidays. - All disputes regarding despatched invoice should be raised within 5 (five) working days from the original invoice date. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us or ace@aurus.com.au and we will do our best to resolve your query.
- We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. We use special custom packaging designed specifically to fit and protect wiper blades. Rest assured knowing they’ll be in tip-top condition when they arrive.

The AURUS online store operates in Australia, delivering goods to the coverage areas of Australian courier services such as Australia Post and others.
If you pay for your order via PayPal we will ship to your registered PayPal address.
