- Yes, in light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation and to ensure zero contact delivery all shipments will be left in a safe place at your address
- Currently, we do not offer customer pick up. However, we offer free and fast shipping all over Australia. This includes PO Boxes, residential and workplace addresses. If you want them fast, you also have the option to upgrade to express post.
- YES, We can ship your order at your Parcel Locker or PO BOX.
- Shortly after dispatching your order, we send you a Shipment Confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking link or other. With a tracking number, you can use the service to track your order By clicking the link, you’ll be able to view detailed shipping updates.

Why is your phone number needed?
- Our couriers require the recipient’s phone number for each delivery. We can’t book your delivery unless you have provided us with a valid daytime phone number.
- All disputes regarding despatched invoice should be raised within 5 (five) working days from the original invoice date. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us or ace@aurus.com.au and we will do our best to resolve your query.
- We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition. We use special custom packaging designed specifically to fit and protect wiper blades. Rest assured knowing they’ll be in tip-top condition when they arrive.
