1) How to program the remote control – Do it yourself:

• 1. Open the driver-side door
• 2. Put the Original key in and out of the ignition 2 times
• 3. Close and open the driver's door 2 times
• 4. Put the Original Key in and out of the ignition once
• 5. Shut and open the door twice
• 6. Close door
• 7. Insert key Turn the ignition on
• 8. Turn the ignition off and remove key
• 9. Door locks will cycle
• 10. Press lock and unlock together for 1 second then the lock button
• (To delete remotes turn the key on and off 5 times, door locks will cycle 5 times. Turn the key on and then off. Open shut door)
• 11. Locks will cycle put the key in the ignition turn it on then off
• 12. Remove the key from the ignition, close the door and test the remote

2) How to program your car key to start  (Programming the transponder chip) – do it yourself:

• 1. Put the Original master key in and out of the ignition 5 times. Finish with the key in the ignition
• 2. Open and shut door 6 times
• 3. Remove the original, insert the new key
• 4. Leave for 60 seconds (or till the Security light goes out on the dashboard)
• 5. After 60 seconds security light stops flashing then you can start the car.
• 6. Take the key out
• 7. Open and shut the door
