Products

We try to give the most clear and truthful information about our products. Update and improve the data in the product cards on our website.

We send updated information about the availability of parts in our warehouse.

If you have any questions about the availability of a product, you can contact to us with a question about its availability – we will check it for you.

All product prices are in Australian dollars ($AU)

All prices include GST. 

If the item you wish to purchase is currently OUT OF STOCK, you can add your email address

on the product page to receive an email reminder once this product is back in stock or

you can purchase it now and have it sent out once back in stock.

Most products will also have an ETA ( estimated time of arrival) listed on their product page for

your reference – we will only add and ETA if we know when the item is expected to arrive.

Delivery

The AURUS online store operates in Australia, delivering goods to the coverage areas of Australian courier services such as Australia Post and others.

Delivery charges depend on the cubic weight and the destination of the parcel.

Delivery for most of the items can be calculated in the cart. After you have added your items to the shopping cart, add your postcode to calculate the shipping cost.

To ship a bulky item please contact us for a quote via email.

Our store has a variety of delivery options. Such as standard shipping (4-6 days) and express shipping (2-3 days), FREE shipping is also available in our store.

We do not ship outside of Australia.

We fully accompany you from the moment you pay for your goods in our online store. You can always track your order using the tracking number we will send you as soon as we ship your order.

You can check the status and information of your order on the order tracking page 

If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us.

Your order will be despatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. 

The speed of delivery depends on various factors, the main factors are:

  • Your distance from us (Our warehouse is Miranda NSW 2228, Australia.)
  • Delivery method you choose at the time of ordering We focus on the following data, that our courier services provide us with standard delivery 4-6 days, express 2-3 days.

If you made a mistake with your delivery address you can request a change contact us (https://aurus.com.au/contact-us / ace@aurus.com.au) or cancellation provided the order is still not packed. If the status of your order is complete, this order was sent to the address you specified and we will not be able to change it

If you pay for your order via PayPal we will ship to your registered PayPal address.

We are currently offering a pickup service. You can always order it at your address

Warranty & Return

Aurus products are covered by 12 months warranty.

We have a loyal return policy for products purchased on our website for our customers. In case you have any problems with the product, we are always ready to solve them.

We accept payments by PayPal, Credit Card, or Internet banking transfer.
