Installation instruction:

• Ensure the engine is cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

• Gently pull or wiggle the solenoid out. Use a plastic tool if needed – avoid damage.
• Remove debris and old O-rings. Clean the bore thoroughly.
• Lightly oil the new O-ring, align the solenoid, and press it in until fully seated.
• Reinsert and tighten the bolt to manufacturer torque specs (do not overtighten).
• Plug the electrical connector back in until it clicks.
• Reinstall removed parts, reconnect the battery, and start the engine. Check for leaks or warning lights.
